It's no way to live especially for the price. Other complexes I have lived in would fine residents for the noise violations at some point. You will hear every dog bark, every car driving through with loud music, whatever your neighbors do upstairs, etc.
Some tenants can improve their behavior in terms of littering, driving and parking on premises. Spacious apartments, good location, full size washer and dryers. Southgate Landing is an incredible and affordable place to live. The staff here really take care of not just the land and buildings but their residents as well. I couldn't ask for a nicer, safer place to call home. Location is great, staff is polite and helpful when you are able to get them to address your needs.

Enjoy our fitness center, garages and storage, tennis and basketball courts, business center with wifi, pet-friendly, picnic area, online services, and 24-hour emergency services. We are located near major freeways, parks, shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife. The apartments are also huge compared to the Apex, that is brand new, the kitchens are alot smaller here but the bedrooms and bathrooms and livingroom is alot larger than them. The girls at the office are super nice and always eager to help. They keep the grounds very clean, though I wish there was more grass in front of my building but that's so small compared to the great and safe place we live in.
Easy access to groceries and fast food if needed. Other than occasional slow response with maintenance, and tenants refusing to follow instructions when dropping off their garbage, my experience has been very good. I would recommend Southgate Landing to anybody.

I have no issues with the company itself but the staff here sucks. Everytime I have a leak on my apartment I call the main number since trying to get ahold of these people is impossible and the company maintaince actually tries to fix the problem not bandaid it. The air filter for my heating and air unit, they still wont order the ones that fit it. They keep saying they will but never do. I'm one of 2 apartments that takes the smaller filters so I'm not important enough.
I would not recommend this complex to anyone, the community is awful. The apartments a far overpriced for the materials that are used in the apartments.
