You can hear every move neighbors make. Constantly awaken by loud music and muffler systems from cars at all hours. It's clean, it's close to amenities, it's close to work. Southgate Manor is more adult oriented which is my preference. Fantastic place to live that is close to all of needs! The complex is well kept and the neighbors are awesome.

And they provide the community with pet waste bags and baskets which encourage pet owners to pick up after their pets! We also rent a garage space here, which is very helpful with apartment living. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! I have been living in this community since 2017.
Everyone is so nice from the office staff tot he maintenance personnel. I can order items and ship to home without worrying about someone taking it. Really a nice community close to everything. Discover a better way of living at Southgate Landing.
The residents and staff are all very friendly and noise levels are minimal for such a large complex. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. Southgate Lansing is beautiful and well maintained. Everyone on their staff is kind, courteous and very helpful. Could not imagine a better apartment process. I find Southgate Landing A very nice place to live and easy access to shopping and pharmacies or just about what you desire. We welcome two pets per apartment home. Louisville Apartments
Easy access to groceries and fast food if needed. Other than occasional slow response with maintenance, and tenants refusing to follow instructions when dropping off their garbage, my experience has been very good. I would recommend Southgate Landing to anybody.
Based in the South Side area of Louisville on Southgate Manor Dr, our residents have effortless access to a variety of great points of interest within a few miles. Search through the pictures and floorplans for our 1 to 2 bedroom apartment options with pricing that ranges from $1,074 to $1,627 and swing by for a time to see our community in person. The staff is very friendly & easy to get ahold of. They have an on site officer for any safety concerns and provide a variety of things to do including a pool, dog park and basketball/tennis court.
