Easy access to groceries and fast food if needed. Other than occasional slow response with maintenance, and tenants refusing to follow instructions when dropping off their garbage, my experience has been very good. I would recommend Southgate Landing to anybody.

The residents and staff are all very friendly and noise levels are minimal for such a large complex. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. Can I see a model or take a tour of the property?
Based in the South Side area of Louisville on Southgate Manor Dr, our residents have effortless access to a variety of great points of interest within a few miles. Search through the pictures and floorplans for our 1 to 2 bedroom apartment options with pricing that ranges from $1,074 to $1,627 and swing by for a time to see our community in person. The staff is very friendly & easy to get ahold of. They have an on site officer for any safety concerns and provide a variety of things to do including a pool, dog park and basketball/tennis court.
I have no issues with the company itself but the staff here sucks. Everytime I have a leak on my apartment I call the main number since trying to get ahold of these people is impossible and the company maintaince actually tries to fix the problem not bandaid it. The air filter for my heating and air unit, they still wont order the ones that fit it. They keep saying they will but never do. I'm one of 2 apartments that takes the smaller filters so I'm not important enough.

And they provide the community with pet waste bags and baskets which encourage pet owners to pick up after their pets! We also rent a garage space here, which is very helpful with apartment living. I would recommend these apartments to anyone! I have been living in this community since 2017.
You could walk your pets at midnight and it's very safe and well lit at night. Also, they are extremely prompt when it comes to maintenance, the maintenance guy is so awesome and friendly and helpful! The price is perfect for the huge apartments and beautiful pool and very clean gym and the gorgeous tennis court with a basketball court as well! And they even have a cute dog park for our furry family members!
